By accessing or purchasing from Cobbler Ridge Handcrafted Footwear LLC ("Cobbler Ridge", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Handcrafted Products & Natural Variations
Every pair of Cobbler Ridge footwear is benchmade from natural vegetable-tanned and full-grain leathers. Natural grain variations, subtle tone shifts, and growth marks are inherent signatures of genuine animal hides and are not considered manufacturing defects. Each pair represents a unique, one-of-a-kind creation.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payment is processed securely at the time of order placement via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment card.
4. Order Fulfillment & Lead Times
In-stock benchmade styles dispatch from our Asheville, NC workshop within 1 to 2 business days. Pre-order and made-to-order models require bespoke crafting lead times specified on individual product listings (typically 2 to 4 weeks).
5. Lifetime Resoling Program
Cobbler Ridge footwear built with sidewall stitched or Goodyear welted construction is eligible for our factory resoling service. Customers are responsible for shipping items to our Asheville facility; recrafting service fees cover new Vibram outsoles, fresh cork footbeds, and conditioning treatment.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
