International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. International shipping rates and estimated duties/taxes are calculated dynamically at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable local import taxes and VAT.
30-Day Fit Guarantee & Returns
We want you to love your benchmade footwear. If your pair does not fit flawlessly, you may exchange for a different size or return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Return Condition Requirements: Footwear must be returned in brand new, unworn condition with the original shoe box and dust bags included. We strongly recommend trying on your shoes on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather or rubber outsoles during initial fitting.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
- Email our workshop concierge at info@cobblerridge.online with your Order Number (e.g., #CR-82914).
- We will email you a prepaid UPS/USPS domestic return shipping label.
- Package the footwear securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping drop-point.
- Upon receipt and inspection, your replacement size will be expedited or your original payment method refunded within 3 business days.
